We also have a team of high-qualified management professionals that are available and ready to help residents resolve any problems that may arise with their apartments near Duke. Yes. Residents must meet minimum requirements for both income and credit, in order to ensure financial obligations are satisfied. If an applicant does not meet our requirements, we require a qualified guarantor to co-sign the lease. Contact us to learn more about our requirements.

Yes! Here at Station Nine, we love our canine and feline residents too. This is our current pet policy: Only a maximum of two pets allowed, a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet, a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee for the 2nd pet, and $30.00 pet rent/pet.
